Blue Avenue has an odd-shaped lot in the historic, coastal Summer Rest neighborhood at the foot of the bridge to Wrightsville Beach. The goal was to introduce a contemporary design into the eclectic vernacular of the well established neighborhood in a way that is inspired by and acknowledges the location but still maintains a modern feel.
